    Historic streets, museums, and churches coexist with bars, restaurants, and gastronomic societies.
    Four balconies overlook the lively and traditional street of Fermín Calbetón: one of the best places in the old town to join the tourists and locals, who overflow onto the street to enjoy a pintxo and a caña.

Apartment was in the heart of the old town, very close to plenty of tapas and pints bars. That means a bit of noise until about midnight, but worth it for the location.

The room location was ideal, right in the centre of the action so can be a noisy buzz rather than bang bang music.It was unusually hot and a fan was provided but it was still too hot, not the apartments fault though.The shower mixer did not work and was stuck on pretty hot, I reported it and arranged for it to be looked at after I'd gone.Washing machine and kettle are always handy.

Very central location in the heart of the old town. Noisy at night but thats to be expected when so close to all bars and shops - double glazing kept out enough noise to ensure a decent sleep. Initial issue with lack of hand towels and had to ask, but sorted straight away. Kitchen fine but fridge a bit rusty. Small cosy bedroom but with only one side of wardrobe open not a lot of space for clothes so left most in cases for duration. As well as being in middle of old town also very handy for beaches ,new town and lovely Gros area nearby

It was right in the heart of bustling pintxos bars and restaurants and in between two gorgeous beaches. Optimal location for easy access to main attractions. You can definitely hear the crowds in the streets well into the night.

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location. Could not figure out how to turn on AC but opened windows and breeze worked fine. I would stay here again.

Well located one bedroom apartment right in the heart of lively Old Town San Sebastian. Apartment was clean and comfortable, although could use a few updates. Overall was a good home base for my husband and I while we explored San Sebastian.

Excellent central location. Apartment is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Very responsive hosts. The only negative is that it can be quite noisy at night time ...but I guess that's the trade-off for the location. Having said that, it was very handy to just nip out the door and be at some of the best bars and eateries in a couple of minutes

Lively location, nice flat

Stayed for a few nights while solo traveling. The neighborhood had a lot going on, many bars and restaurants, walk to the beach. Very much enjoyed it.

Delightful stay in Donostia -San Sebastián

Perfect location within walking distance of the wonderful attractions San Sebastián has to offer. Parking nearby. Beautiful apartment with all the comforts on a street with many restaurants and shops.

Old Town Old San Sebastián

We had a very comfortable stay in San Sebastián. The apartment was clean and roomie for its Old Town location. If you are into Pintxos the location doesn’t get any better than this. Close walks to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was communicative and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this Apartment in Old Town

The apartment is in a great spot in the old town. Very central, everything is within 5 mins walking distance from the property. It's very lively at weekends which makes for a vibrant atmosphere, but if you're a light sleeper this might not be for you! Overall, a very nice place to stay in an amazing city.

Perfect location to experience San Sebastián

Great location. Literally everything you want to see, taste, or do is within a short walk. The apartment has all that you need for your visit. The washing machine is an added bonus for longer stays. Great communication with the host. Bathroom is snug but works well.

Great stay!

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, the property was clean and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! No air conditioning so it got a little hot during the summer, but they provided fans to help.

Clean and very spacious apartment. It can be quite noisy being on a low floor in a busy area, so would not recommend for light sleepers. Communications and responsiveness of hosts were excellent and respectful. Excellent wifi to be able to work remotely. Only issues are that the photos are very misleading -- this apartment gets almost no sunlight, so it is not bright and airy. All of the fixtures are very outdated. Would recommend a few small upgrades such as better hangers in the wardrobe, instructions (for non Spaniards) on how to use appliances, a coffee maker. Not deal breakers, but would go a long way to living up to the "vibe" in the photos.
