'There is no mini fridge in the room. I stayed for work and lost all of my lunch fixings because I was not aware and couldn’t find a cooler for sale in town.'

'Rooms were very nice. Recently remodeled perhaps. Hard floor was big plus. No carpet smell etc. good value. Waffle machine saves the otherwise sub par breakfast. I assume they are working on the road sign. Would recommend if you are ok with exterior entrances. Satisfied.'

'Check in was fast and easy'

'We had a very late check in after a wedding. I appreciate our paperwork being ready to go and a fast check in.'

'The motel was very clean and the beds where very comfortable, but the furniture was very old and in poor state , no coffee pot, water or glasses, no phone or alarm clock, absolutely nothing extra. Towels and sheets old and grey.'

'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....

'The property and people hanging around outside looked very sketchy and I was worried to even stay there, so I left. Expedia tried MULTIPLE times to contact the property on my behalf to get a refund and they were unable to even reach them! That even tells me further that I made the right decision to avoid it! Hoping the property owner reads this!'

'Def needed the unplug night at the lake. The RV was very clean and nice to stay in. We picked this spot because of the play area, kayaks, and fishing. Something for everyone. When we arrived we quickly noticed how infested this property is of spiders. Kids could not play n the truely amazing play ground, despite us trying to clear it, there were just too many spiders already nestled in. The actual property was beautiful and the water was great, the kids were able to swim right off the dock area....

'Wij hadden een uniek oud huis met twee slaapkamers en een keuken met vastwasser. Heel mooi en knus. Er is een mooi zwembad en we werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. Het zwembad is ook fijn. Van het meer was weinig te zien vanuit het huisje. '

'I'm not sure who this needs to go to. I got a text from Evolve that stated I had to pay for a pet when we NEVER had a pet.'
