'The resort is in the middle of San Pedro Town, but feels like a private enclave with jungle like vegetation around the entrance and interior of the property. It is very well maintained and clean. The sargassum was bad while we were there. The poor maintenance guys were fighting a Sisyphean battle to keep the beach clean. The food at Pineapples is fine, but not noteworthy. 'Caye Casa was beyond our expectations! We were immediately greeted with friendly and informative staff, the rooms were clean and very up to date. The pool was so nice to have for our two kids when we had a little down time. I drank coconut water *out of a coconut*, in a hammock on the porch looking at the ocean view. It was a dream! I highly recommend Caye Casa for your San Pedro travels.'

'The hotel is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to central San Pedro. It has a nice pool in the front and a lounge area on the top floor. The apartment is very modern with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with new appliances. Unfortunately, there was a serious ant problem which was reported to the office.
