This spectacular villa, located in Aldea Blanca, San Miguel de Abona, in a quiet and privileged area, is very close to the southern beaches and only 500 meters from the iconic Castillo de San Miguel. Decorated in an elegant style with attention to the smallest detail, it is a perfect choice for families, friends, or business trips. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as a second full bathroom.

The accommodation offers a very spacious and bright living room, equipped with a 65" Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. Outside, guests can enjoy a large terrace with sea views and a barbecue area, a pleasant pool area with space for sunbathing, and two private outdoor parking spaces. All this makes this villa the ideal place to enjoy an exclusive, comfortable, and peaceful stay.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, clothes iron, hair dryer, 50mb/s Fiber WiFi, standing fan, towels, sheets, BBQ and much more.

The house has stairs that give access to an attic.

The gardener will work outside the house on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
