Welcome to our comfy flat situated in a building without lift, only 80mt from the beach. The property features a balcony, a kitchenette, a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a niche with a single bed, and a full bathroom with shower (curtains). Equipped with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking space. It can host up to four guests.
°The flat may be situated on the 1st or 2nd floor. Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.
