The 60m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. A private outdoor area with garden furniture and sunbathing lawn is also at your disposal. The center of San Martino in Badia is just a 3-minute walk (200m) away. Here you will find a supermarket, a bakery as well as a restaurant and a café. From the accommodation you can see Thurn Castle (Ciastel de Tor), 1km away, where the Ladin Museum is located. If you set out on foot, you can reach it in about 17 minutes and learn a lot about the history and traditions of Ladin culture. A playground and a small lake are also located just 200m from the accommodation and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The Picolin valley station with access to the Kronplatz ski area is about 1.5km away. From here the ski bus leaves every 20 minutes to the lifts of Alta Badia and the Sellaronda.
