'Rooms were clean.
The staff was amazing; our flight got delayed resulting on a late arrival at the hotel.
They answered each time we called the hotel to update on our arrival for the transportation arrangements.
The transportation was very nice, felt safe riding to the hotel at 3-4 am.
At the time of our arrival, the staff was expecting us with everything ready for a quick check in process, and they allowed us to stay past the check out time to allow us for a proper rest.
Would recommend this...

'La reserva fue excelente. Son departamentos amplios, con dos cuartos y varias camas, cocina, sala, comedor. No te hace falta nada. La atención y el servicio son excelentes. Todo está súper cerca. Sin duda es una de las mejores opciones para hospedarte en Teotihuacán. 100% recomendado.
No incluía desayuno. Pero la ubicación es excelente, está justo en las faldas de la zona arqueológica y hay muchos restaurante ricos en la zona (recomiendo el número 3). '
