« The property was just as beautiful as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem when we arrived—the gate code didn’t work. We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested. It felt like we were communicating with a machine instead of a person. At 12:30 a.m., we still couldn’t get in.
