If you are looking for space, resort style living and location around green mountains, this is the perfect house for your Family Reunion, Wedding Destination, Corporate, Groups, Teams, Medical Treatments, Couples in the capital- south San Juan. Trujillo Alto. 4,000 square feet house has 8 huge bedrooms, 5 baths, panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking for 8 cars, balcony, ceiling fans, window air condition in every bedroom, great cross ventilation, 3 burn BBQ, new kitchen with illumination system, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy at the house. laundry dryer, washer, nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, linens, towels, kitchen things, etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities: US CITIZENS, SO NO PASSPORT need in pr. panoramic view in the backyard with sunset balcony, near main expressways. we accept pets inside the house also smoking outside the house. If you have a special request let us know, we might be able to provide it.

Activities and Attractions: All water sports at 15 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 25 minutes to old San Juan forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters, biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like Plaza Las Americas (biggest in all the Caribbean) 15 minute drive, tennis courts etc..

The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for ONE night with groups that comes from the CRUISE LINES and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too. Additional persons are $25 per person per night. ALSO IF YOU HAVE A BUDGET LET US KNOW TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO SATISFY YOUR STAY. Disappointed, we booked last minute and place was not clean and the entrance area could have been better maintained. . One of the pullout beds was rusted and quite frankly unsafe. One of the bathrooms did not have electricity for 2 days, same bathroom the shower lever was broken. It just fell off. Same bathroom had a leak, which caused the water to leak out into the hallway which is a hazard. The sofas were very old and when you sat down on the sectional you can feel the springs and the other couch had several stains. The front of the property Needed better maintenance. Even the outdoor furniture was old. Bathrooms should of had bathroom mats given that the water from the shower stall was leaking out to the floor. One bedrooms had a magnetic door to the bathroom which came off the hinges. The water pressure was very poor in the bathrooms. Literally like sprinkles coming out. If you adjusted the shower head, you felt an electric shock because each stall had a water heater connector. Overall, I think that there needs to be better transparency when owners list their properties in these sites. AC did work and for people that watch TV, there was only 1 TV in the 5 bedroom part of the house. Only thing I will say is that whenever I reached out, they did respond to me. It was just too many inconveniences It was a over priced given the conditions and area where the house was located.

Our group of 25 from NY stayed for two weeks. We enjoyed this house as a practical home base for our excursions around the island. I was a bit concerned by some previous negative reviews, but was pleased with the overall condition of the house. It's a very decent house, not an immaculate resort. The owner was very helpful and responded within a few minutes for various questions we had. Bedrooms had good air-conditioning, central areas were comfortable with fans. Gated courtyard had just enough room for three large vehicles. The main floor kitchen was nice, but doesn't have an oven. The downstairs refrigerator needed some cleaning. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the upstairs balcony. The other outside spaces were usable but not particularly great. Windows only have shutters, not screens, but mosquitos weren't a problem. We did find a couple coqui and a gecko inside, but considered that a positive of being in PR. Many in our group enjoyed walking to the local bakery. Otherwise, it is a mainly residential area, not at all touristy, on the outskirts of the city, so is most practical if you have a car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The property is in horrible location its hard to get uber are a cab for pick up. Your not in walking distance of anything. The first night the AC only worked on one side of the house. The repair man didn't show up until noon the next day. The refrigerator is horrible barely keeps items cold the freezer works some what. There is construction material everywhere paint and other items. Lizard running around the house along with mosquitoes because the windows only have shutters. We made the best out of the situationI will not recommend this place to anyone. If you plan to rough it this is the place for you.

Total Vacation Nightmare

Found this place after look at many others. It was advertise with more than enough space for our group of 12. After a hour of poor commutation with the owner we were finally given the right code to enter the property. The outside of the property was littered with dead plants, paint cans, used brushes, tools, discarded furniture and someone cremation ashes. The outside seating was unusable due to garbage.The listing of the property only showed part of the property. Three of the units were unusable due to mold, mattresses on the floor with no bed frames, water damage, and rusted appliances. Once we accessed the property we immediately contacted to owner and told his we would not be staying there and was promised a refund. Found this same property on other rental site with a horrible review. Never received my money back and only got the run-a-round from Vrbo. Please do your research before booking this property.

huge home for multiple families

The pictures don’t truly reflect all the space available at this property! This listing is huge! Our group consisted of 15 adults and 4 kids and we had enough beds for everyone! There are two side apartments attached to the property with their own bedroom, bathroom kitchen and living room area for those who want to have some privacy. The host is friendly, honest and flexible. We forgot our very expensive IPAD and they called us right away to let us know. Very grateful for that! I recommend this property to anyone!

If your planning on staying here with a group just go ahead in book!! The place was very clean and peaceful. The host Michael was very nice and helpful, I left my Apple AirPods and he was kind enough to mail them to me, how awesome was that!!! Very outstanding!!! My favorite spot in the house was the back balcony. looking for a vibe then this the spot :)
