The mountain facing corner of the studio opens fully to the balcony, creating a comfortable space to enjoy the view, sunbathing sessions, and delicious alfresco meals. Keep it simple at this cozy, comfortable and centrally- located place. Close to the airport, the Outlet Mall and Monserrate Beach.

When entering the space, you agree to abide by local laws and property rules You agree to be a great guest.

Check out is STRICTLY at 11:00am. Housekeeping arrives around 11:00am and would appreciate that the strict check out time is observed.

No events or parties on the property

No loud noise or music after 10:00pm local time

No pets

No additional guests only the number of guests established on this reservations

Please make sure the that the remote control for the TV, AC and the gate remote remains in their spaces

Turn off the lights when you are on your way out of the studio

Any lost or damaged keys, will be a charge a $10.00 replacement fee
Lost or damaged gate remote will be a charge of $60.00 for replacement.

Don`t throw paper towels, wipes, feminine hygiene products in the toilet

Parking is permitted in front of the house or on the right side of the house close to the studio

Please turn off the AC units when you leave the studio. Conserve water and electricity.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
No disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy or security

No illegal substances or activity

NO smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted outside of the studio. Please throw away all smoking remains in the trash.
