The Space:

The penthouse features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and large windows that offer stunning views of the ocean. The open-concept design allows for a seamless flow between the living area, dining space, and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee station. It has ample counter space and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. There is also a breakfast bar with seating, making it easy to enjoy quick snacks or casual meals.



This penthouse boasts four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, with ocean views. The second and third bedrooms and 4th beddrom each have queen-sized beds with ocean views and bathrooms across the halls. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide plenty of storage space.



There are three full bathrooms in the unit. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.



The open balcony is the highlight of this penthouse, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the beach below. It is furnished with comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.



Please note that being directly on the beach, you may encounter sand fleas which can feel like bed bugs. Have no fear, this is not the case. We recommend using some kind of repellent or sunscreen before venturing to the beach. Keep in mind that Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and insects may be encountered.



Guests will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach essentials, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas, are provided. For families traveling with young children, a crib and high chair are available upon request.



Located in Isla Verde, this penthouse is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. The vibrant nightlife of San Juan is just a short drive away, offering a variety of entertainment options. Popular nearby attractions include the El Yunque Rainforest, historic Old San Juan, and the beautiful beaches of Condado.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the four private bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and the living room. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator and free parking. You'll also have access to the beach and an outdoor playground. Please note that there is no gym access.

With everything just steps away, you're perfectly positioned to experience the vibrant energy and exciting nightlife of Isla Verde.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You'll find rental car facilities and car services readily available. Public transportation options are conveniently located just steps from the apartment. For those arriving by air, Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is a short drive away. Parking is available on-site in the garage.
