The unit is light, bright and airy offering a grill and fully equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled including all new appliances, renovated kitchen and fresh paint all around. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen and outdoor grill.
Enjoy exceptional Wi-Fi connectivity with 150/50 Mbps (down/up) speeds throughout the condo. Our Wi-Fi is set up as a mesh network with several Wi-Fi routers throughout with great coverage including all the outside terrace/ balconies as well. The apartment comes with beach chairs and beach towels which will make your frequent beach visits easy and comfortable.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room.
Rooftop terrace is beautiful and private. That is our favorite place to hang-out in the evenings. This unit is a great spot to stay in and cook, or enjoy the night life 5-15 minutes away. Additionally, the apartment offers 6 balconies all with seating furniture and ocean views to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.
Parking/transportation
We offer 2 reserved parking spaces on-premises free of charge. It is highly recommended that you rent a car to get around as taxis and UBER offer sporadic and less frequent service in this area.
There are many restaurant options including the famous kiosks which are beach-front dining options. In a 10-minute drive, you can visit El Yunke, the only US owned national rain forest park. Located within a 20 minute drive is the bio bay luminescent kayaking experience. Within 5 minutes, you may choose to spend a day golfing at the Wyndam resort. You may also enjoy horseback riding, zip lining, jet skiing and other activities, all nearby.


Amenities and such
This apartment is nicely equipped for a maximum of 8 people. We offer a fully equipped kitchen that includes stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of pots and pans.
We strive to offer the best service. To accommodate all your guests, we offer bathroom towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, one bag of coffee, trash bags,1 roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each toilet. Additionally, we have a washer and dryer on premises and offer a small amount of detergent to get you started.
This property is smoke free with an imposed fine of $400. No pets are allowed with an imposed fine of $300. No clothing is allowed to be hung on the balcony handrails that will result in a fine of $100.

The unit has some smart equipment including Alexa Echoes, ceiling fans, smart locks, thermostats and TVs. Do not change, move, or unplug any of the equipment or furniture. A minimal fee of $50 will be imposed to have a technician reconnect the equipment and additional charges will be imposed if reconfiguration or replacement is required. You can mute the Alexa Echoes if you have privacy concerns, but do not move them or unplug them.

Utilities
As mentioned earlier, this apartment is nicely furnished with an AC unit in every room for your enjoyment. Although not frequent, there are times when a power or water outage may occur. These normally last less than 2 hours. Our apartment has a water backup system. If an outage occurs that last more than 4 hours, you may request a cancelation and a refund for the remaining nights, but we are not responsible for any charges you may incur in searching and securing an alternate rental.
