The hotel is a boutique hotel, and I know this to mean there may not be a lot of extra amenities or touches to detail. Pro’s: staff is very friendly and eager to assist guests and rooms have a fridge and their own single use coffee maker. It is very difficult to see and if you’re not familiar with the area, you may miss it! The street it’s on can be very busy and difficult to pull out of if you’re driving. There’s more parking in the back. Some disappointments: there was no full sized mirror in our room. Just the bathroom mirror, which, for me I find odd since people are on vacation and want to look at their outfits; also having a second mirror in the bedroom area so people aren’t fighting for the single bathroom mirror to get ready would make a difference. There is very limited dresser and or a place to hang up clothes, nor were there any suitcase racks, so it felt a little weird just living out of my suitcase on the floor. There is no shelving or anything in the shower area (no bathtub), very minimal, so all the things you use while bathing sit either in the floor, or you can try to squeeze some of your products on top of the preinstalled toiletries they have mounted on the wall. Pool area is very nice.

The room was fine, but the check in process was horrendous. We needed a late checkout but were told it would be a $100 fee so we decided not to pursue that..however, when we attempted to check in at 1630, we were told our room wasn't ready yet. In addition, we were told that our reservation had to be changed to two single rooms instead of one room with two queen beds...the entire thing was an extreme inconvenience.

I stayed at this property for 5 days it was nothing but amazing. I cannot express how nice and sweet the staff was and extremely accommodating to me and my guest. I had an issue with my room not having a microwave and the front desk associate was very understanding and moved me to a different room within the same day to satisfy my need. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable.The hotel was extremely close to everything my ubers to and from san juan ranged from 5-10 Dollars. I would definitely recommend this hotel the bar is great as well they have happy hour daily !

Bali Posh was everything we expected and more. We visit the Isla Verde area every year and have stayed at various hotels. This was by far the best because it gave us what we needed and none of what we didn’t. Aside from the fact that it was gorgeously decorated and immaculate, I especially enjoyed the way it felt like an oasis in the middle of a bustling area! Our favorite bakery/restaurant, Panaderia España is a two minute walk and it’s open 24 hours. The staff were very professional and accommodating. If I had to state a negative, it would be that remote control for the TV in our room didn’t work. Again, this wasn’t a huge issue more of a minor inconvenience. When the front desk attendant was unable to fix the problem I just downloaded a universal remote app and was able to check the weather etc. (we weren’t there to watch tv anyway) overall we loved our Stay at Bali Posh and hope to stay there again soon!

Una muy buena opcion de hospedaje super limpia, y con un personal de lujo, super collaborator y amable!!!!!!! Mi unica Queja es que no tienen un microondas para el servicio del publico, y el Desayuno no es nada variado y la musica de la piscina, super burrita, Pero en general, le doy 10 de 10 ❤️

Staff were not at the front desk upon arrival for 15-20 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes early. Staff would not check us in a few minutes early. It was pouring rain and there were open walkways to our room, no elevator, we were on the second floor. There was always a large puddle outside our room causing us to soak our shoes/sandals/luggage

I would not recommend this hotel to those traveling to PR. Our room was never cleaned during our multi-day stay, despite hanging the sign on our door for service. When our friends went to ask for clean towels, they described a very unpleasant experience with the front desk. The aesthetic is cute and the attached restaurant was very nice, however, I would never stay here again, especially for the price.

The room has a feeling of a prison. The windows are high up close to the ceiling. Very noisy. The hotel is on a major highway. There’s constant traffic. The photos on the site are very deceiving. To go to the beach you have to go over a bridge to cross the highway. There are about 50 steps to go up and 50 to go down. This hotel in my opinion is not a boutique hotel but more like a budget hotel. Very disappointed.

1. It was advertised as on the beach, it was not on the beach it was across the highway and you had to climb the stairs walk across a tunnel down the stairs and down the street. 2. The room smelled so terrible of mold that we could barely breathe in there and had to open the window. 3. The bathroom shower didn't have a door or anything to keep all the water from going all over the bathroom it was a complete swamp! We had to put down towels to keep the water from pouring out the door into the room! 4. Could not open the bathroom door all the way because the wood floor that is also in the bathroom was swollen with a moisture and block the door from opening. 5. The room was so moist that even the bedding was moist and damp. 6. The air conditioning did not control itself we constantly had to adjust it over and over again - and I guess because of the mold in the air that air filter blew the smell of mold into the room also. 7. The continental breakfast was lunch meat and bagels. Nothing to drink except for cucumber water. 6. There was not a phone in the room nor any information on how to call the front desk to order anything or get help. 7. On the website they bragged about their restaurant but it was closed. Apparently it closes on Wednesdays. 8. The toilet was so loud when you flushed it that literally the room shook! It was like a jet engine blowing up in the bathroom!! Really I cannot express to you how loud this toilet was! WORST HOTEL EVER! Save your money!

The aesthetic and location of this hotel were great, and I appreciated the adults only concept, though there was at least one child at the hotel during our stay (perhaps just visiting). However, in the four days we stayed, our room was not cleaned once nor did we get new towels and we had to ask for new toilet paper from a cleaner. We had only one, very small trash can, so we had to use shopping bags to collect our trash. Although we stayed in a beachy location, the floor was never swept, so we constantly dealt with sand and other residue on our feet. The door handle sign inviting cleaners to freshen up was completely ignored, though cleaners were waiting at the door right at check out time. My room key stopped working twice and the problem was never resolved by the staff, so we had to rely on only one key. Furthermore, multiple concierge staff met several members of my party with attitude. When we asked to keep our bags at the concierge desk for a few hours during a room change, we were told to keep them in our car. Finally, to deal with a room change question, I tried calling the hotel several times the day before our check in and the phone was never answered, the voicemail box was full and unable to receive messages, and the option to have staff call us by sending a text was ignored. I would not stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was fine, comfortable enough and in a convenient location close to the airport and varied eating options. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the room layout was a bit awkward, with the face basin positioned right at the entrance and separate from the bathroom. There was no hand soap provided in that area, and the absence of a telephone in the room was quite inconvenient, as it meant making multiple trips to the front desk for things that could have been handled with a simple call. We would have also preferred softer, more comfortable towels as those we had were a bit harsh on our skins. Additionally, there were no elevators, so we had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs ourselves, with no staff available to assist. The staff was acceptable, but not particularly warm or exceptional.

Horrible experience with Bali. After planning a baseball exhibition against a team from puerto rico, and celebrating a birthday yhe flight was canceled do to the government shut down. While checking in on the 9th of november for departure on the 10th a notice informing via email stating the flight was cancelled. After pleading with the hotel and showing them the cancellation notice the still decided to apologize with no room to flex or work with expedia, they instead decided to keep the $1200 reservation. Joes goes to show you when a small business hotel does consider or value customers, but instead see individuals as dollar signs, Sad bad business and will not be recommending Bali to anyone in the future. Hope you were able to spend my money well.
