Very comfortable ocean front condo located at the Mykonos Bay Resort. This condo has a full 180 degree panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez on the Costa Azul… a stretch of beaches between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. From any room or on the large decks enjoy breathtaking views of the surf and the spectacular sunrises. Mykonos is a one of a kind luxury resort just minutes from the heart of San Jose del Cabo. With three pools, a hot tub, sunken barbecue pit and a rock fire pit accented with lush tropical landscaping, Mykonos is considered one of the top resorts in Baja.

You have the feeling of being right on the beach but the privacy and security of being on the second floor. The sliding glass doors collapse together to create an expanded sense of space inviting the ocean breeze and surf sounds into the condo.

Take a quick trip to Cabo San Lucas and enjoy the restaurants and night life or take a short walk down the beach to Zippers. There are also 3 surf spots within walking distance. Mykonos is a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Los Cabos!

As of Dec 1, 2018 we have replaced the refrigerator and the bedding in the condo. We have also hired a new property manager who will be available to answer any questions and address any issues you might have while staying in our condo.

We were greeted by Silvia who was our concierge while staying at the property. Silvia was extremely helpful during our entire stay by offering suggestions in and around town. The property / grounds itself was everything my wife and I had hoped for. The unit was perfect, well-appointed and the location and view were stunning. We're already excited about planning our return trip soon.

Couldn't have been better

Have been coming to Cabo every year for 11 years, but this was our first stay at a condo (vs all-inclusive resort). First, the condo vs. resort choice is the clear winner for us now that we've tried it. But the biggest contributor clearly was the condo we selected - its complex, its location, and the support of the renter & manager. Really, everything was so to our liking we surely will return. A special shout out to Ivan the property manager, who accommodated us graciously, promptly, professionally, and personably! Thanks!!

Perfection!

Well thought out space with an unreal view, comfortable bed and sitting areas. Condo is well equipped with beach gear and kitchen needs. Grounds are beautiful and the “resort” is well laid out. Mature adults, no families/kids…the perfect getaway for us (40 without kids). Ivan was great at communicating and welcoming us. Looking forward to booking this unit again, great vacation!

Paradise

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this condo at the Mykonos Bay Resort. Location, location, location! You cannot get closer to the ocean than the huge balcony, and being on the 2nd floor gives expansive views of the waves, stunning sunrises, and whales while we were there. We spent so much time enjoying the views- we even watched whales while we were lounging in bed! The condo is perfectly equipped with everything for cooking and dining to beach chairs and umbrellas- even binoculars to watch the birds, flying rays, and- you guessed it- whales. Ivan greeted us with guacamole, salsa, chips, and beers, and was very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. We were a quick ride away from downtown San Jose del Cabo, as well as Santa Maria and Chileno beaches. The beach in front of this condo is technically open to swimming, but the shore break was huge while we were there so we swam elsewhere. However, the pools at this resort are so beautiful that we didn’t miss ocean swimming here. No problem at all getting loungers by the pool- even the ones overlooking the beach- any time of the day. We were truly in heaven here and would highly recommend this condo in paradise to anyone!

Great vacation! Very relaxing.

Loved overlooking the beach/water last February. We did not rent a car. We found a wonderful cab driver through the man at the front gate. The cab driver called himself "Bill Clinton". Amazing Beach Condo

Our family stayed her for a week. Everything was wonderful. The condo was right on the beach where we could watch the sunrise, whales, and sting rays jumping in the water. The grounds are great and everyone who works at the resort was very helpful and friendly. Ivan was very helpful throughout our time in San Jose. The condo had everything we needed for meals and the beach. We were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go and the grocery was just down the street. We will definitely be back!

Very nice complex. Grounds kept up nicely. Pool area great with plenty of lounges. Walk right out to beach. Big waves here do we did not swim. Condo equipped with all sand towels, chairs, coolers etc. Condo very comfortable and just as pictured. Beautiful sunrise from balcony. We walked to several restaurants. Uber is very easy and cheap. Be sure to go into town for great food, entertainment and shopping. Our favorite dinner was in town at Mi Cocina, very romantic and wonderful meal. We will come back!

Superb location and just as advertised, right on the beach.

We had a great week at this property. Ivan the property manager greeted us with beer and chips/guacamole, showed us around the suite. It’s absolutely stunning right on the beach, high ceilings, very clean and most importantly the bed is very comfortable. They say you can’t swim in this area but we had no trouble swimming. It’s a bit tricky getting in and out with the waves but it’s beautiful once you’re in! Went to Cabo’s San Lucas one day and we’re extremely grateful we didn’t stay there. It is insanely busy, good for people who want to party. We saw sea turtles hatching right on the beach in front of the condo. The pools are very well kept and the staff are all really nice.

Great place and amazing view

We loved our stay at this condo. This area was quiet and peaceful. The balcony was huge and the view was amazing. We could easily see the rays leaping out of the ocean from the balcony. The unit was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The staff at the gate and on site were friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be added is a grill but the kitchen had everything we needed to cook so it was not a problem. The resort pools were perfect for cooling off after sightseeing and the lounge chairs facing the ocean were a great addition. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach stay

This condo is right on the beach and close to all amenities. It was clean and fairly well appointed with everything we needed. The owners even had 2 pairs of binoculars to use for daily whale watching! The only downside was the all-inclusive next door had on the beach movies or party music till 10pm most nights. For the most part if we closed the patio doors we could drown it out. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent condo

The Mykonos condo complex is very unique. Beautiful grounds, 3 pools, right on nice big ocean beach. The condo is not your normal square hotel type place. Very large one bedroom unit, 10ft ceilings, huge veranda. It is much more impressive than the on line pictures. The property manager, Ivan, was there waiting for us when we arrived with salsa, chips and beer. He answered all of our questions. Could not have had a better start to our 10 day stay. We loved the place.

Great location and rental overshadowed by poor check-in and no wifi

Loved the property, location and features. However, it was overshadowed by some difficulties we had. Before we left, we tried to get a hold of the property manager listed in our check-in instructions, without luck. Turns out that the person listed was no longer the manager, yet he was so nice to meet us and tell us that in person when we arrived. He could not explain why his name remained on the instructions although he had not been a manager for many years. We couldn’t get in and we didn’t have another name or number. The property people also had the old managers name and contact info. Ivan, the new property manager, showed up 30 minutes later, letting us into the property. He had texted us, but did not identify himself so we ignored the text. After a long day of travel, we expected check-in to be a breeze. It wasn’t. Ivan was nice enough and told us he would send someone to fix the wifi almost every day we were there (5days). He never did and it never got fixed. We did get a late check-out of 12pm so we appreciated that.
