From this, the final cleaning, utilities, as well as electricity and water costs will be deducted and billed separately. These services are available for an extra fee.



The detached, fully tiled house was completely renovated in spring 2023. It features shutters, insect screens, and air conditioning. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa with electric function. The house is ideal for up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children, with one child able to sleep in the provided travel cot. Short-term sleeping on the living room sofa is possible. A children's or baby travel cot is available. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. Towels, including beach towels, as well as sun loungers and a parasol, are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hot water boiler, and washing machine. For the colder months, there are electric storage heaters. In winter, a flat heating fee applies, which is billed separately.



The house offers 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a covered terrace, and a private outdoor area. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, and high chair are available. There is street parking and a shared parking space. Access is via self check-in.



Thanks to the central location near supermarkets, banks, and restaurants, you have everything close by, yet you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. A shuttle bus conveniently takes you to the beach if you prefer not to use your car. On Thursdays and Saturdays, you can find fresh products at the local weekly market. Two swimming pools are within easy reach.



Towels and bed linen are provided. Crockery and pots for daily use are available.
