I don’t believe I would have booked a place that said no A/C but the management company stated that it is in the listing (which it is now at the very end when I looked after we arrived). "Après une arrivée tardive, la cuisine encore ouverte pour manger après un long voyage. Hotel face aux arrêts de bus pour se rendre au centre ville de Milan en 45 min mais également à 3 min à pieds du T2 de Malpensa. Petit déjeuner varié. J y retournerai certainement . Je recommande vivement."

"L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix. Il est ce que je me faisais comme idée d’un hôtel au bord du lac de Côme : intimiste, paisible, chaleureux, luxueux. On s’y sent tellement bien. S’il vous est donné l’occasion de venir au bord du LAGO DI COMO, vous devez séjourner au moins une fois dans cette établissement qui réuni toutes les qualités afin de vivre totalement en harmonie avec le lac et sa région. Je recommande très très vivement cet hôtel +++++"

"Tout était parfait, l'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir le centre ville, une fois la voiture posée nous avons pu pleinement profiter à pieds, le petit déjeuner était très bien, le seul point "négatif" serait le manque d'extérieur mais honnêtement vu le cadre on s'en passe, la vue de la chambre appelle au calme et la détente. Personnel très serviable."
