Villa Dalara Maspalomas, private Pool and Jacuzzi

It has a large pool of 8x4 (additional cost) and hot Jacuzzi, together fenced for the safety of the little ones, fully equipped kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, one of them with Hydromassage cabin.
The villa has southwest orientation, with sun throughout the day, in one of the best climates in the world.
It has all the necessary to enjoy the dream vacation.
Enjoy the sun in its beautiful large garden on this plot of 600 m2. Villa built on 350 m2 on two floors, as well as large terraces where you can enjoy an outdoor meal or a barbecue in the sun, as well as in the evening breeze.
The main room is located on the ground floor, has its own bathroom, terrace and dressing room.
One of the rooms on the top floor has its own bathroom and its own terrace with views of the sea and the Maspalomas Lighthouse.
The remaining two rooms have a shared terrace overlooking the sea and the Maspalomas Lighthouse.
This property is unique, has its own private garage and is located a few meters from restaurants and shops.
This house is exclusive and of a very high standard, designed for our most demanding clients.
The heating of the pool has an additional cost of €50/day. Confirmation is required 48 hours before entry in order to adjust the temperature for the time of Check-in.

We include in the price:
** High speed Internet Wifi / Internet (Fiber).
** Large number of foreign channels and Netflix app, on the television in the lounge.
** Up to 2 babies stay free of charge in cots, two high chairs will also be provided (upon request).
** Cleaning during the stay is not included.
** Cleaning service once a week: check prices (OPTIONAL).
** You can count on us for all the information and suggestions you need. ** Normally we are available throughout the day.
** We will also provide a telephone, for anything you need during your stay.

GENERAL CONDITIONS TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION

PROHIBITIONS ACCORDING TO LAW:
** It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the maximum capacity of the house.
** It is forbidden to allocate housing for non-tourist purposes.
** It is forbidden to carry out any activity that damages the coexistence, hygiene, public order and rest of the rest of the neighbors.

HOUSE'S RULES:
** Guests must pay a deposit of EUR 500 to cover any damage that may be caused. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out and is subject to inspection.
** Out of respect for the sleep and tranquility of the neighbors, parties or loud noises are prohibited.
** It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and if it is allowed in the garden.
** Neither are pets allowed, nor the entry of people other than those admitted in the reservation.
** It is the obligation of the guests to maintain a responsible consumption of water and electricity.
** It is essential to maintain the order, cleanliness and good condition of both the property and the goods and items that make up the same and are available to guests.
