Beautiful Fully Modernised Bungalow in Playa Del Ingles

Located in the exclusive Santa Clara Bungalows complex in Playa Del Ingles, this luxury home from home is the perfect setting for your sunshine holiday in Gran Canaria.

The recently modernised bungalow features a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine, a brand new 55" TV with full British Sky package plus free wifi (Fibre) The bedroom has a super king size bed with tv and safety deposit box and there’s a private bathroom with shower.

The secure gated complex has 3 swimming pools, a children's play area, pool bar, tennis courts and there’s free parking right outside.

The property is only 500 metres from the Yumbo centre, less than 4km from Aqualand Water Park in Maspalomas and the Zoo at Palmitos Park is also within 10km.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the bungalow.

Comfortable and very clean

Property spotlessly clean on arrival. Large comfy sofa. Decently equipped kitchen, ample for making snacks/light meals. The photo of the property shows the front terrace as being open and visible to nearby properties but the owner has actually built a high fence around it which makes it very private. The bungalow has it's own back door directly onto the street which is very useful. Very quite complex. Very central location, lots of bus stops nearby so car hire not necessary although there is ample free parking on the road directly outside the bungalow. Selection of supermarkets, bars and resturaunts literally across the road. Yumbo centre about a 10 minute stroll away. The key to the back door takes a bit of getting used to! I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would recommend the property.

Top Appartment an Top Lage

Sehr herziges Appartment an sehr guter Lage. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Wasserbett für 2 Personen. Für Leute die sich Wasserbetten gewohnt sind sicherlich kein Problem. Ansonsten sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Busstationen, Touristikbüro und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und erholsam im Appartment. Swimmingpool ebenfalls in der Anlage vorhanden. Top!

Superb holiday bungalow

Have stayed here before very sunny spot has pleasing patio area to relax in. Kitchen has all facilities and bathroom has large shower with very hot water. When we visit Gran Canaria again we will hope to stay here again. Thank you James.

Dejlig hus og område.

Når man har ferie skal det gerne være en god oplevelse og det har det i hvert fald været. Det er en dejlig bolig, der er alt hvad der skal være, området er rigtig fint med dejligt poolområde og det ligger meget centralt, dejligt med 2 udgange. Gepflegter Bungalow und saubere Anlage, zentrale Lage. Man ist schnell am Strand und hat viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Leider wurden wir abends häufig durch die Musikunterhaltung des Nachbarhotels mit beschallt.

Enjoyable south facing patio for breakfasts

good kitchen and bathroom facilities.Multi channel TV and comfortable sofa. Initially not easy to locate entrance 'next to Greek village 'would have been helpful. Bev rescued us and opened up the bungalow. We did enjoy our stay and the work put in to making the property a pleasureable experience.

Great facilities & location

Just spent 1 week there and it really is home from home. It is clean & there is everything you need. The swimming pool and tennis courts were a bonus too! The owner was easily contactable if we had a question. We can't wait to go back.

Modern bungalow in pleasant resort surroundings

The property is well maintained and comfortable in a peaceful complex with 2 large pools and tennis court. It's comfortable to sit outside your own bungalow or in the area of the pools. The resort staff and owner are very helpful. The resort is in a busy area that can get noisy in the evenings, with many restaurant facilities and easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed a week of sunshine over Christmas. Great apartment, well maintained with everything you need. Good disabled access in the bungalow and throughout the resort. My husband has walking difficulties, but managed to swim every day as there are graduated steps/ramp in one of the pools. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Very helpful owner; a good experience all round.

Notre séjour , nous l'avons très apprécié. Dans une résidence fort agréable et paisible. Le bungalow correspondait à ce que l'on attendait, très propre, bien exposé. Les piscines bien exposées également avec des transats en suffisance. Une amélioration à apporter peut être : si le jaccouzi était chauffé ce serait génial ! il règne partout en ville et à la plage une ambiance très reposante. Nous pensons bien y revenir. Animation sympa chaque soir au 'ciao ciao' en bord de mer, je vous le recommande,
