The villa could be really good, unfortunately the main issue was the constant smell of drains, really disgusting. The first time I reported it a lady came by within half an hour to give us product to put down the drains and sink, also something to mask the smell but unfortunately it did not work. I reported it again and didn't receive a reply. You cannot get away from it as the bedroom is open plan with the bathroom so you can't shut it out. It was even wafting outside to the pool area. There are no windows in the villa so there was no ventilation at night. There were a couple of other things such as no internet outside or in the room looking over the pool (I was working on an assignment and needed internet so had to do it all in the lounge), I didn't report this as we were so hung up on the smell. Location-wise, good for buses and also 10 minutes walk to the beach. We hadn't been to Playa Ingles before, personally I wasn't keen on the area behind the beach which is just a huge car park with a strip of restaurants but that is just personal preference. There is a mall about 100 metres away, never been to a mall with swingers bars and fetish shops before but there are a few supermarkets although fairly expensive. The only other issue was that I was not happy that payment was outside of VRBO platform which is not recommended by VRBO and that they charge for credit card payments which I didn't think was allowed.
