Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the house. There are a few cleaning and supply closets that will remain locked that guests will not have access to.



Parking Policy



By city regulations no more than 4 cars are allowed to be parked on the premises. Two cars can comfortably fit in the driveway and two cars are welcome to park on the street. Please be mindful of blocking any neighbors driveway. Thank you!

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Your total will be displayed before you confirm your booking. There are no additional charges unless you request extra services.

This is a pet-free home.

Our home can sleep up to 12 people on beds but we allow groups of up to 16 to book if desired.

This is an entirely private home — just for you and your group.



9. What if I have an oversized vehicle?

No problem! We have a large driveway that can accommodate oversized vehicles. Message us in advance if you'd like to confirm.



10. What if I need to cancel?

We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself in case plans change.
