'Never booking here again, I get to room after a long drive just to find MOLD on the ceiling near the window and bathroom not only that but INSIDE the A/C unit, I was in complete disgust, went to the front just to tell me they can’t help till the morning, so I grabbed my things and left because how do you expect someone to sleep in a room with mold, I was very very disappointed.'

I reported the theft to the hotel right away, so they were fully aware of what happened. I also filed a police report. On the day I checked out, I called later in the evening to follow up. 'the ladies in the breakfast and dinner buffet area did an awesome job with the food. My family was really impressed with the food and service. Enjoyed speaking with Geridine, not sure how to spell her name. She was very polite, even when we showed up at the start of their clean-up time. Thank you'
