BMT Grad and SeaWorld Escape - Great for families

Sleeps up to 16 people with 2.5 baths, large living areas, stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and smart TVs. Driveway and garage parking available, with easy self check-in make arrival easy. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
• The main bedroom is on the first floor and features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• A baby crib and a portable baby wash bin are available in the spacious primary closet for guests traveling with little ones. There is also a high chair available in the kitchen.
• Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms plus an upstairs living area with a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two.
• One upstairs bedroom has two twin-over-queen bunk beds, designed with children on the top bunk only for safety.
• The remaining bedrooms each have a queen or king bed, suitable for two guests per room.
• For everyone’s safety and comfort, please do not jump on the beds.

Safety Equipment
The home is equipped with three fire extinguishers:
• Kitchen: In the left cabinet under the sink
• Garage: Next to the water heater
• Upstairs: Under the bathroom sink

Security & Cameras
For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with a Vivint security system and three exterior cameras, all viewable from the Vivint control panel inside the home. I’ll provide you with a unique code so you can arm or disarm the alarm and view the exterior cameras during your stay.

The exterior cameras are located:
• In the backyard, facing the yard
• Above the garage, facing the driveway
• At the front door as a doorbell camera

The garage door opener also has a built-in camera, but it is not linked to the Vivint system, so you will not be able to access that feed. The driveway camera already provides a wider and clearer view of the driveway area.

There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.

If you arm the security system, please let your guests know not to open the front door, the back door, the garage door, or the windows. This will activate the alarm.

You’re welcome to park in the garage and in the driveway during your stay.

Community Recreation
There is a community park that you will have access to with a basketball court, outdoor workout area, a swing set, and a pool. Access to the pool will be subject to the Association's schedule and availability, and guests will adhere to all Association rules.

If anything is unclear or you need help with the alarm, cameras, or anything in the house, just send a message.

You will be given a code to access the front door the morning of your check in. That code will give you access to the garage as well as the security system.
