« Chris was excellent he was always very helpful!
One thing I did not like was that I told the manager if there was a handicap room because my father was having a heart procedure done in the morning and he tried to help us out, but that construction and not being told which elevator to use had me somewhat upset because my dad had to be walking all over the hotel because the room we were staying in was blocked by the construction! So disappointing.
But other than that everything else was good...

« The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant amount of dirt and grime on the tiles. Our feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the room. The floors clearly need a thorough cleaning. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
But apart from this the property is very nice. »

« The lobby was beautiful and well maintained, and the outdoor amenities were a highlight. The pool, outdoor games, basketball area, and evening s’mores were lovely. Check-in staff seemed a little unfriendly, though it was busy, so I understand. Our room looked nice at first, but closer inspection revealed dust, grime around toiletry pumps, and bathroom cleanliness issues. The toilet had visible stains and what appeared to be a temporary repair on the seat cover. The bathtub was uneven, squeaked,...
