A luxurious mid-century modern home with 5,000 square feet, The Ambassador House is the main house on the estate and comfortably sleeps up to 12 persons. An additional 6 people can stay in the guest house (details below). The Ambassador House is beautifully furnished in mid-century modern and transitional style with modern artwork. The master suite includes 1 king bed, coffee bar, sitting area, walk in closet, and private bath. The other 2 bedrooms include 2 queen beds each and a Jack and Jill bath. The study accommodates two more persons on a twin size daybed and a pull out twin bed, and the study has its own full bath. The Ambassador House also includes a formal living area, a dining room with seating for 8, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook for 6, and game room with a TV, bar, and pool table. Every room in the house has sweeping views of natural oak trees and wildlife.

Also available for rent on the estate is the Garden House. It is a 1,800 square foot guest house with similar mid-century modern and transitional décor. The Garden House accommodates 6 people, has a spacious living area with a TV, a dinning area that seats 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes 1 king bed and en suite bath, and the guest room includes 1 queen bed and a shared bath. A second living area includes a card table, bar, and queen size sofa bed. The Garden House boasts equally impressive views of the surrounding oaks trees with two calming water features. From the peaceful back deck, you can enjoy a distant view of the San Antonio downtown skyline. We want your experience to be exceptional. A maintenance/grounds keeper, who resides on the estate, will be available to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible.

*The Ambassador and the Garden House rent independently of each other and may be rented to separate, unrelated parties. All renters and residents on the property have access to common areas such as the pool, tennis court, basketball court, and playscape.
