« We initially had some confusion regarding the location of the property - the postcode shown on the hotels.com listing suggests that it is in the middle of Saltburn but it is actually 15 minutes away - the correct postcode is TS13 4TB, and the property is at the very bottom of the single-track lane. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the living area in particular was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was lovely and peaceful. « We stayed for a couple of nights and it suited our needs. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa and we had hot water when needed. The kitchen had basic equipment which was fine for us. The apartment is on the top floor, so an issue if you struggle to climb a couple of flights of stairs. A couple of negatives- the internet is absolutely shocking - please resolve as it’s essentially a utility in this day and age. Also the key safe can be a bit ‘sticky’ so took a few attempts to open.
