Unpack your swimsuit and head straight to the swimming pool complex where three pools await, along with a spa, sauna and steam room. There’s a fitness suite too if you want to feel the burn or if you prefer your exercise on the more leisurely side, practise your swing at either the Nicklaus Signature Course or Kernow Resort Course, both of which are Championship golf courses. You can grab a bite to eat at one of the many on-site restaurants or bars, or if you want to explore the area, there’s Callington (3.5 miles) nearby which has a great choice of eateries or the city of Plymouth (12 miles). When it comes to days out, Dartmoor National Park offers avid walkers a day to remember, or you can head further into South Devon where the coastal villages of Bigbury-on-Sea and Thurlestone offer warm welcomes (both within 30 miles).

Head into the cottage and from the light-filled hallway, turn left into a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst the chef of the party cooks up a treat in the kitchen - fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge area features some comfy seating and a Smart TV, so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes or enjoy the views through the patio doors. Also on this floor are the two bedrooms. The first boasts a gorgeous super-king-size zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request), dressing area, Smart TV and a seating area where you can enjoy a morning cuppa. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. The second bedroom features a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request), dressing area and en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, there is a private patio area with garden furniture, accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There are also 450 acres of shared natural grounds to roam, and guests have use of the on-site Health Club. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
