This spacious bright villa has an optionally heated swimming pool, two terraces and a jacuzzi. It has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people. There are two master bedrooms, making the villa suitable for sharing between two families.

Because this exclusive holiday home is located on the top part of the Monte de los Almendros hill, it offers a stunning panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, golden beaches, green fields of tropical trees and the white, picturesque town of Salobreña. Just behind the house is access to trails up through the undeveloped part of the mountain offering spectacular walks through almond groves and fields of wild flowers to dramatic panoramic viewpoints, making it the perfect choice for active nature lovers.

The surrounding view from the villa of the imposing mountainous landscape of southern Spain is magnificent and you will never tire of watching the panorama evolve and come to life throughout the day.

The villa is south facing, so you can bask in the Spanish sun from sunrise to sunset. Fiber WIFI and international TV channels provide you with great connectivity should you require it. Each room has hot and cold air conditioning, which can be regulated individually. There is a gated private car park with space for 4 cars.

The villa is built over 2 floors. At street level there are three elegantly-decorated bedrooms, each with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and rain showers. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious bath and rain shower. All bedrooms have sliding doors leading directly out onto the terrace with its enticing sea views. In the morning you will bewoken by soft rays of Spanish sun making the Mediterranean sparkle seductively. On this floor there is an outdoor terrace equipped with comfortable sun beds and a kitchen unit with refrigerator, so you can relax in the sun or read a book in peace whilst enjoying a chilled drink and snacks.
You descend to the spacious modern living floor down a beautiful spiral staircase. The villa is tastefully decorated with contemporary, natural style furniture. The living room, with an open modern, white kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you could possibly require. The kitchen has a work island with bar stools so that you can share a drink together while cooking and the living room has at its centre a large, robust dining table, perfect for leisurely family meals. The entire facade is comprised of large sliding glass doors, which offer a great view over the terrace and swimming pool to the Mediterranean Sea reaching to the horizon beyond. In summer indoor and outdoor become one and you can move between sun and shade as you desire. On this floor you will also find a utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a guest toilet. The second master bedroom with an open luxury modern bathroom with rain shower is also situated on this floor. The bedroom has sliding doors onto the terrace with swimming pool.

The elegant white-tiled swimming pool (3 x 10 m) appears to float in the sky merging into the Mediterranean horizon. After a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the comfortable sun beds that line the pool and enjoy endless spectacular views of Andalusia's varied landscape. On the terrace there is a luxury BBQ, on which you can grill freshly caught anchovies (boquerones) in the evening. At the dining table on the terrace you can enjoy local Mediterranean produce and cuisine washed down with excellent wines of the Calvente vinyard from the coastal hinterland. Well into the tropical night you can relax in the luxurious sunken Jacuzzi and dreamily enjoy the romantically lit Moorish castle of Salobreña and the thousands of colored lights that sparkle in the dark below.

Villa Nobra is located in the luxury community 'Monte de los Almendros'. The communal recreation area with tennis court, swimming pool, paddling pool, football pitch and small eatery (during the summer months), where a tasty paella is served every Sunday, is a short two-minute drive away.

Salobreña beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Málaga, Granada and Almeria are all easily accessible. If you fancy a day out, there are many varied things to see and do in the area. The Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can enjoy picturesque walks in summer, is a 75-minute drive. You can ski in the morning (from December to April) and then lie on the beach the very same afternoon. The 18-hole golfcourse, which is located on the beach, is 10-minutes away. The picturesque alpine, white-washed villages of the Alpujarras are close by as is the beautiful historic city of Granada with its legendary Alhambra palace. Granada also offers a state-of-the-art indoor shopping centre, Nevada, with an extensive range of modern shops and a diverse selection of bars and restaurants. The coastal city of Malaga has a beautifully renovated historic center with an imposing cathedral, the Picasso museum, nice restaurants and terraces, as well as a vibrant modern shopping area.
