« The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. « Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. « No hardwood floors as seen in the pictures. Hallway smells like Indian food. Otherwise, the stay was okay. I like that they have direct tv and several channels to choose from. »

« Prices are very reasonable and the majority of the staff were excellent. I did see there were a few staff that were not attentive to the patrons. I was very disappointed that they ran out of dairy creamer after my second day and made no attempt to remedy the problem. So needless to say I woke up, grabbed my keys and left the property to get my coffee each morning after they ran out. « The hotel was clean, which is why I gave two stars. The hotel is outdated; the small fridge did not get really cold; the coffee pod was the wrong kind for the tiny machine. A bar of soap was the amenity. The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed. The coffee in the lobby looked like tea; no milk for the two cereal options; in short, how they can claim to provide breakfast is a mystery to me. The pool was gutted and awful to look at.
