'Everything was excellent'

'Je krijgt een ruime waarin je gemakkelijk langer kan verblijven met een eigen keuken. Je kan dus zelf ontbijten of een maaltijd maken. De kamer biedt een goede opzet met TV en een ruime badkamer. Dit verwachten wij ook bij Residence waar we vaker verbleven.'

'I have to say the front desk lady was amazing. Excellent costumer service. Overall was good hotel to stay in. The only negative thing is breakfast, it could have been batter compared to many other hotels I have stayed in.'

'Qua administratie erg slordig Bar bon op ons kamer nummer gezet terwijl wij geen gebruik van gemaakt hebben '

'The room was clean, I couldn’t find the laundry at first but the gal at the desk said she was new and we’d find it together. I didn’t make to the breakfast bar, but it smelled good on my way by. Air conditioning worked.'

'Everything about my stay was great. Convenient parking, clean room, comfy bed and linens and a great breakfast. I would highly recommend it!'

'Breakfast was very good. I did have a problem with the staff at the front desk, On 2 different days I asked for a wake up. And both days I did not receive one. Fortunately I also set an alarm clock. Not good.'

'Great option to stay on the East Side where there really aren’t many lodging options! Pros: Communication, check-in, and check-out were a breeze. Nice parking lot on location one less thing to worry about. Safe walkable area, we walked to breakfast at Brickway. The 2BR layout was perfect for kids, little kitchen was a nice bonus. My children absconded with a little stuffed animal belonging to the property (so sorry!) and they could not have been kinder or more understanding. HVAC worked well....
