Former Bourbon summer residence, it preserves in its architecture the charm of history and time that shapes the limestone and tuff of which it is built. The splendid hand-worked vaults in limestone tuff give warm and enveloping tones, present in every room and preserving 300 years of history.
The entrance door opens into the main room where the living area welcomes us, the most modern room of the house characterized by soft and relaxing tones, elegant and simple with ceilings more than four meters high. The residence is furnished with attention to detail and a choice of refined furniture that creates a soft atmosphere, black Marquinia floor in the first rooms then ancient bases in Lecce stone until reaching the Lecciso staircase shaped by time which leads to the mezzanine floor and the First floor; The mezzanine floor in white wood with Afrormosia parquet is equipped with a sofa bed, a relaxation area and a private equipped garden where you can enjoy the beautiful Salento evenings. The first floor features a large open space in Chianca Leccese from which you can access the two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a hydromassage column.
