'The apartment is nice and well appointed. The balcony is very large and nice. The only confusion was with the Google coordinates, don’t use them. Instead type the name of the apartment complex. Also, it is considered floor 2, but is actually the top floor or level 3, but the elevator says 2… I don’t know. Maybe the 1st floor is 0 floor. The parking spot was the most challenging aspect. 'It was tidy place, but cockroaches. I guess theres not much you can do considering the country we were in.
When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit.
Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy!
Power goes out if you use stove and microwave at the same time though.
It was hard rocommunicate with the host unless you walk in to the check in office. I tried to reply their email, it bounced back as it is...

'The Apartment was very clean and new. There are enough parking spaces nearby and some restaurants and caffes. The City Center and the beaches are in a walkable distance (round about 15 minutes). And there are sun umbrellas, which we were really thankful for.'

'We have stayed in many apartments throughout Lagos over the last 14yrs and although this one does not have the warmth and comfort of one that is owned and regularly used by the owners, so does not have any personal touches, extra soft furnishings etc it meets your needs. We enjoyed our 9ngts and would book again. The bed and sofa could be upgraded, as could the balcony furniture to give this apartment a modern more comfortable feel. '

'This is a really lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a tidy complex. The view from this unit is exceptional. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk the boardwalk trail almost everyday. It is a short walk to Old town Lagos. Restaurants are abundant. We stayed 3 weeks without a car taking a couple of rides by Uber. If you want a memorable, relaxing holiday, this is the place. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive to questions or requests. I’d book this apartment again...
