Kamers zijn outdated, best prima, maar voor de kamerprijs erg achterhaald. Geen gratis wifi, prijzen van de consumpties zijn schandalig duur, als ook de maaltijden in de vijf verschillende restaurants. Kreeg je dan wel weer een goochelaar aan tafel voor terug.. We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! '

'Voor een 5* hôtel is het tewerkgesteld perso eel ondermaats en onvoldoende opgeleid. Heel mooi zwembad maar restaurants à la carte en zeker het buffet als je niet Indisch bent zijn niet te best. Op het moment van onze aanwezigheid werd er een doorlichting gedaan, waarna er beterschap voelbaar was. 7 Jr geleden hier ook geweest eten, service, en receptie waren toen beter. 'Stayed here for 4 nights after traveling through India. I couldn't really find any downsides to this resort, and that doesn't happen a lot. Really nice, cosy and clean rooms, very friendly staff doing their best to accommodate your every need, nice pool, very good food at the restaurants, very good breakfast buffet. It's about 15 minutes walk from Majorda Beach, but there is a free shuttle running every 10 minutes during the entire day, very easy. Lovely beach, nice sea breeze and you can use...

'Heerlijk, mijn man en ik met ons zoontje van 16 maanden hebben hier 12 dagen genoten van dit hotel. Enig minpuntje, s'avonds voorzien ze van een uur of 8u live music, dan hoor je wel alles tot in je kamer, ook als je vroeg wil gaan slapen. Dus een rustig babbeltje in het restaurant s'avonds was ook relatief. Wel jammer. Het restaurant is zeer goed en relatief goedkoop.Wij kunnen dit hotel-resort echt aan iedereen aanbevelen. 'The hotel was lovely, staff were great and it was very clean. Had two lovely massages at the Spa. The only bad thing I can say is that the beds on the beach were all broken, I did point this out to the staff and they just said I know!! Other than that a truly fabulous holiday '

'The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

'Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.'

'We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
