'Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our toilet clogged and they fixed it right away, and they answered all our questions with a smile. The only downside I would say was the smell, the hotel was situated next to a junkyard of some sort, with a bridge to the beach that was a bit smelly. 'This hotel is great! We stayed here over Songhkran and the staff really involved us in the celebrating. The staff was generally so service minded and joyful. Our kids of 9 and 12 loved the water park and the family room close to the beach was newly renovated. Everything was 10/10 except maybe the food which could have been better. But there are other restaurants near by. '
