Depending on the location, the villa has four stylish bedrooms and two more guest rooms. Thanks to air conditioning, it is nice and cool everywhere. Outside, there are spacious, partly covered terraces with luxurious lounge sets and sunbeds and, of course, a barbecue for home cooks
The villa is a 5-minute (car) drive from the lively seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime and La Nartelle beach. Along the coast you can choose the finest restaurants for a seaside lunch. Or rent a boat in the colourful water town of Port-Grimaud, also called the Venice of France. Plan a day at the beach and drive to the most famous beach in the south of France, Plage Pampelonne. A 7 km long white-sand beach with the most beautiful beach club! The villa is on the Blue Green Sainte-Maxim golf course, which is ideal for golf lovers. For the children, there are water parks in Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. The airport of Nice can be reached within 1 hour. The villa can be booked from Sunday to Sunday (to avoid the busy Saturdays in high season)
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This holiday home is equipped with (security) cameras for the public outdoor areas.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
