Wi-Fi available.
A private 6 x 4 m swimming pool (maximum depth 1.60 m), which can be heated (up to 28°C maximum), is available for guests. The house is also located within a residence with a shared swimming pool.
Parking for 3 vehicles in front of the house and bicycle storage available.
The surroundings are peaceful, ideal for relaxing holidays.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen is optional (please specify the number of guests).
Final cleaning is charged extra at €75.
A security deposit of €600 must be paid upon arrival.
Tourist taxes are additional (amount varies depending on the length of stay, rental price, and the number of guests over 18 years old staying in the property).

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The property must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and all rubbish bins must be emptied.
Keys must be returned to the agency no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
