The accommodation

La Kaz Cocon is a bright and air-conditioned open-plan studio apartment that is fully equipped for a comfortable and worry-free stay. You will find a comfortable double bed with quality linen, a fully equipped kitchenette area (fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, complete crockery, spices), a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and ceiling fan, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels (bath and pool) are provided and changed weekly.

The terrace and common areas

La Kaz Cocon has a private terrace surrounded by tropical greenery, ideal for enjoying the calm and freshness in the shade of palm and banana trees. As a traveller, you also have free access to the shared swimming pool in the flower garden, the carbet (covered relaxation area with hammocks) and the communal barbecue – perfect for your outdoor Creole evenings.

Sainte-Anne is one of the most popular communes in Guadeloupe, renowned for its white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and authentic atmosphere. The Kaz Cocon is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the shops in the town centre: supermarket, local market, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, restaurants. The beach of Bois Jolan, one of the most beautiful on the island, is a 20-minute walk away. Saint-François, with its marina, golf course and excursions to Petite Terre and Marie-Galante, is a 15-minute drive away.

The services included

Personal welcome in person on arrival, final cleaning and private parking are included in the price. On request and at an additional cost: transfer from/to Pointe-à-Pitre airport, homemade Creole breakfast or meal, picnic basket with cooler, advice and organization of personalized excursions (diving, kayaking, sailing, hiking...).
