Vakantieparken in Saint-Trivier-de-Courtes

'We arranged our stay at the last minute whilst travelling south. However, the owners were more than prepared for our stay. They both greeted us and asked if we would require an evening meal which we did. They were able to join us for a drink before serving the MOST delicious four course meal from locally sourced produce (including from their own garden) and wine at a very reasonable price. Comfortable bed and traditional breakfast. Highly recommend xxx'

'We never stayed here. We tried to phone the hotel starting just before 17.00 to inform we would be slightly later. Nobody picked up the phone. We googled for another number. Also no reaction. I left voice mails. No reaction. Neighbours tried to contact them. No reaction. At the end we had to stay in another hotel twice the price. We involved the helpdesk of hotels.com also with no success. We demand a refund plus a credit for the extra hotel costs. '
