B&B in Saint-Sernin

"We had an enjoyable stay in a beautifully maintained and peaceful park. The surroundings were clean and well-kept, which really added to the holiday atmosphere. The cottages are on the smaller side, but we were aware of that when booking, so it didn’t come as a surprise. One downside, however, was the lack of air conditioning in any of the cottages. With the summer temperatures, it became very warm inside, and the portable fans that were provided didn’t offer much relief — they mostly just circulated warm air. As a result, it was very difficult to cool down the cottage and especially the bedrooms, which impacted our sleep quality. Opening the windows was the only option, but that unfortunately meant dealing with mosquitoes and their bites. Installing air conditioning would definitely be a worthwhile investment. Additionally, during the first week of July there was no animation team present — presumably because the French summer holidays hadn’t started yet. This might be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, but with young children, we really missed having any kind of entertainment or activities. It was completely absent that week. All in all, it’s a lovely and well-maintained park in a beautiful setting, but on hot days and for families with children, there’s definitely room for improvement."

"Booked this hotel for an overnight stay on a long journey to rest, but due to the broken en very noisy AC did not get any rest at all. Booked a triple room, but there was one double bed (instead of twins) and sofa bed "

"A nice hotel and friendly staff at the city center. There was a festival at the square just outside the hotel. Wanted te wake up early because of the expected heath. Didn’t get much sleep. "

"We got a housy with a kingsize bed and a bunkbed for two kids. Plenty of parking. Good swimming pool(s) including gliders. River access thru the camping. Small shopping area in closest village about 1km from the hotel. Kajak rental nextdoor of the hotel. Did not use the restaurant."
