You will be seduced by its authenticity, with its exposed beams, decorative fireplace and old well located in the garden. Also enjoy the garden and terrace for convivial outdoor meals.

Upon your arrival, you will discover the spacious living area with the billiards corner, the friendly dining table just behind, then the lounge area with its sofas and the large television for a relaxing moment in front of a good film. You will also find an independent kitchen with another dining table. You will find everything necessary for cooking: it has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.



For the bedroom area, you will find the first three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190). You will then access a mezzanine which has a final Queen Size bed (160x200), as well as a desk, offering a workspace for those who will need it. A bathroom with a shower and a bathtub is also available.



For added comfort, you will find in the accommodation a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, as well as four private parking spaces in front of the house.

The Grande Plage is also a promenade with entertainment all summer, concerts, street performances and bars to enjoy delicious cocktails. It is also the track for rollers, skaters and other runners, from morning to evening along the beach.

In the Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, you have an appointment with nearly 350 km of developed and especially flat paths and trails, between coastline, countryside, marshes and forest. You will be welcomed by the owner, who will contact you in advance to organise your arrival. You can discuss directly with them if you wish to opt for the cleaning option, as well as the rental of sheets and towels.

During the stay, there will be no replacement of household linen, nor cleaning.



The accommodation tax will be added to the rental amount and must be paid in advance of your stay.
