'De woning is comfortabel. Ik zou zelf de tuin wat gezelliger maken en wat ligstoelen voor in de tuin beschikbaar stellen. maar verder is alles prima in orde'

'We hebben met ons hele gezin een heerlijke midweek gehad in dit schitterende huis met een echt prachtig zwembad! Voor de kinderen was het echt geweldig om elke dag in het zwembad te kunnen spelen. Ook de tafeltennis tafel werd veel gebruikt! Voor ieder wat wils!'

'Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette maison. Très bien équipée et à l'aménagement optimisée, cette maison en tous points conformes à l'annonce, est idéalement placée et permet de tout faire à pieds ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location. '

'Maison de famille très agréable dans une station balnéaire, de charme, l'accessibilité de la plage à pied est un gros atout.On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants : jeux de société, jeux d'extérieur y compris pour la plage, table de ping-pong...'

'This was a delightfully comfortable stay in a classic family home. It honestly was so sweet and the backyard was a delight. We even got to cook out. The town of Houlgate is so charming and walkable. Make sure to visit the mid week market that is one block down from this home. Renting a bike from the local business gave more reach to our wanderings and the sunsets over the beach are amazing. This stay was a delight and Sophie was wonderful and so accommodating.'

'Très jolie maison ancienne, idéalement située. Tout se fait à pied que ce soir le marché, les rues commerçantes avec leurs nombreux restaurants, le casino et bien sûr la plage. Maison très bien équipée, et propre. Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires. Bref, un séjour parfait (le temps était au rendez-vous en plus !) et une une maison que nous relouerons certainement.'

'This property offer a lot to a vacationer. A lot of Beds and Baths means everyone gets what they need. So many amenities . On street parking was not a problem since it is a dead end street. A few learning curves to handle for someone visiting from another country. Still, it is worth the effort.'

'The house was very modern and new. The room arrangements were good for our group. One bedroom en-suite was on the ground floor which was nice. The house is outside the bustle of Caen but an easy drive to get there. Plus, grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. Because the area is new there was a lot of road construction with new roads not showing accurately on our GPS. As a result, we had a hard time finding our way in and out of the area during our stay. 'Superbe demeure très confortable où tout est prévu et où l'on se sent comme à la maison. La maison à beaucoup de charme et ne manque de rien en plus plus d'être très bien située. En la piscine est véritablement chauffée ce qui fait qu'on en profite quelque soit le temps, un vrai plaisir. Merci aux hôtes qui habitent aussi la maison et cela se sent.'
