Only two chalets on 2300 M2 of land is a voluntary choice of tranquility and well-being.
Animal lovers, the proof we have taken in 3 dogs (2 royal bourbon and one Malinois) and 1 cat who are very happy in freedom in the property and pampered by our friends the holidaymakers but we prefer to avoid conflicts with their fellow dogs so we do not accept other animals.
The chalets consist of a bedroom with a double bed. 140, a living room dining room with a sofa bed (for a third person if child under 12 years free, if adult +10€/day), television, bathroom, toilet, ceiling fan, equipped kitchen, terrace with dining area and sea-mountain view, all on 47 M2 including 15 M2 of veranda (WIFI in each chalet)
Only the interior approach changes in the chalets:
- BLUE chalet nice equipment 300€/week
- YELLOW chalet more luxurious equipment (teak furniture, DVD player, no frost fridge) 330€/week
Both chalets are equipped with wifi.
Decreasing rate according to the duration.
In addition a common room for all with library, WIFI, DVD, etc. has been fitted.

Linen and bedding are provided, the maintenance of these (washing) during the stay and according to your pace, is the responsibility of the tenants.
Your rental can start on any day of the week but with a minimum duration of 07 nights.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. and on the day of departure the furnished accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.

YOUR ATTENTION: a deposit will be requested on your arrival (uncashed check or cash) in the amount of 400€ to cover damages, breakages and possible theft, deposit returned at the end of the stay if all goes well.
