The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this flat in Saint-Pierre, featuring a shared swimming pool and breathtaking views of Mount Pelée. It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a 26 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 26 m² living area with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: a 4-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, washing machine…
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: a double bed (140×190), wardrobe, air conditioning
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
A high chair, a cot and a baby bath can be provided at an extra charge.

Outdoors:
- A salt-water swimming pool (shared and unheated), measuring 3.50×5.50 metres and 1.55 metres deep, open from 1 January to 31 December. The pool’s opening dates are subject to change.
- An 18 m² terrace with a clothes line and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the swimming pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The flat is ideally situated on the outskirts of St-Pierre in a very peaceful setting. The neighbourhood is opposite the sugar cane fields of the Depaz plantation. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
For supermarkets, there’s Leader-Price or Leclerc in Schoelcher.

- A tour of the town of St-Pierre and its ruins (the old church, the colonial Maison de Santé)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park opposite the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- A car is essential
- Nearest railway station: Place Bertin station in Saint-Pierre, situated approximately 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, situated approximately 25 km away

Other points to note:
- Two small steps at the entrance to the gate.
- Mosquito nets fitted to the windows
- Rules for using the swimming pool: showering is compulsory; access from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. The swimming pool is unsupervised. Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Suitable equipment must be used for children who cannot swim (swim rings, armbands, etc.). No sun cream is permitted in the pool water.
- The property is entirely non-smoking
- The pool bar is not self-service
- Bed linen and towels are included, with the exception of beach towels.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Pets are not permitted in the property.
- A raclette machine and barbecue are available on request.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances and the barbecue after use.
