With a capacity of 18 people, the spacious Villa des Ormeaux invites you to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. You will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes cooked in the outdoor kitchen under the large veranda, to relax on the deckchairs after swimming in the beautiful swimming pool, and to relax in one of the 5 private double rooms as well as in the huge dormitory upstairs which has 4 double beds and a sofa/game area ideal for young and old alike.

On the ground floor :
You enter the villa through a large corridor in which 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms each have a double bed and a dressing room. Between the bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sinks, large mirror and spacious shower as well as a separate toilet.
At the end of this corridor, a bright living room with 2 comfortable sofas, flat screen and large bay windows overlooking the veranda and the swimming pool.
A large functional kitchen extends the living room. It is perfectly equipped and has all the appliances and utensils to delight the taste buds of 18 people.

Upstairs :
You have a huge air-conditioned dormitory with 4 double beds, its relaxation sofa area and a large play area ideal for children
At the bottom, there are 2 private, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large dressing room as well as a pretty bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A veranda with 2 large dining tables and cozy and comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day with a little aperitif
- An outdoor kitchen with wood-fired barbecue, large gas stove (perfect for simmering large pots) and small bar where you can quench your thirst and meet around the pool
- A laundry area with washing machine and drying racks
- A large swimming pool which measures 8m x 4m and which has an alarm security system
- Several seats and deckchairs to relax after enjoying the swimming pool

- A large parking driveway within the property which can accommodate 3 cars in single line
