This renovated house of 50 m² and its enclosed and secure garden of 250 m² are located in the quiet and residential area of La Roussellerie, just 500 m from the Dunes beach, the large beach of La Roussellerie and the forest of La Pierre Attelée. It has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.



The accommodation consists of a veranda / dining room, a TV lounge with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: double induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle. On the sleeping side, you will have a double room (140), a triple room with a double bunk bed (2 x 140) and a bathroom with toilet.



For maximum comfort, the accommodation has a Starlink fibre connection, garden furniture with a charcoal barbecue, a high chair and a travel cot.



You will be able to park a car on the land and secure your bicycles at the back of the house. Additional free parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation.
