Appartementen in St. Louis

'The property was in an “ok” neighborhood and the stairs were challenging for luggage. There wasn’t a true sofa, only a love seat so that wasn’t optimal. The host was very nice and lived on property.'

'I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless...

'Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. '

'We Loved Loved Loved that it was clean. The host was Great! Anytime I had a question she responded in a timely manner. Very helpful and professional. The location was great! You are literally close to everything and you even get a parking spot. There is also a rooftop terrace with great views. I would recommend this location to family and friends. It felt like our little home away from home.'

'The apartment was clean and very cozy. The pictures do do it justice. Parking was a challenge on our weekend but maybe a whole lot easier during the week. George the host has been a wonderful host. Every time I massaged him he was very quick to respond back to me. I would stay there again if the opportunity araises again. Thank you again George for being a great host.'

'Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking'

'Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. '

'The entire place was extremely clean and tidy. It was a perfect location in Soulard. Plenty of parking. Good ac in the house. The host was very good and responsive with all my questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!'

'Joe was an excellent host and responded very quick. Place was very nice and clean. Great amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Joe.'

'The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...
