Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). 'Perfect villa with everything you need for a good holiday. Nice pool and always shadow with the great veranda. Quiet location, 1km easy walk to the little centre of Roquebrun. Supermarket (big) 20 min away is the only disadvantage but on holiday we take that for granted. Nice owner (Panna) and great local host that speaks Dutch (Stephanie). '

'Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie das Ferienhaus im Sommer gemietet. Das Dorfzentrum mit Bäcker, kleinem Laden und Pizzabäcker war in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Große Lebensmittelketten in 5-15min mit dem Auto. Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man sich gut im Haus aufhalten - als Passivhaus war es sehr gut gedämmt und hat sich Nachts entsprechend abgekühlt. 'Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnels dans cette très belle maison proche de Bédarieux. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue et idéale pour les familles. L’extérieur est magnifique avec piscines, jacuzzi chauffé et espace très privé. Bonne situation, au calme avec vue sur la nature, et proche de la voie verte.Les propriétaires sont accueillants, organisés et sympathiques, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. 'Sehr netter Empfang. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out total komplikationslos. Pool wurde von den Kindern rege genutzt. Ausflüge in der Umgebung haben gute Abwechslung geboten zu entspannter Familienzeit. Viele Schlafzimmer und 3 Duschen waren perfekt für uns als Familie. Alles war sehr sauber. 'Our stay in this lovely house was excellent. Everything you need is there in the house. The living room, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the garden, the pool,… is all very good. The house was very clean and the airconditioning in the rooms is great! We enjoyed our vacation very much!'
