Important note: There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all bookings, and the renter must be present during the entire stay. A valid Driver`s License and/or State ID will be required for all bookings. Absolutely no one under the age of 25 will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: Please be aware that this property is NOT pet-friendly. Any unauthorized pets found on the premises will result in an additional, non-refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, up to $1,000.

No smoking: We have a strict no smoking policy in place. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $300.00.

We provide guests with a basic set of consumables, including 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each trash can, plus 2 extras, 1 roll of kitchen paper, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. However, guests are responsible for their own additional supplies. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change, but since a cancellation involves a significant amount of work and potentially leads to other interested parties moving on to alternative accommodations, we charge a processing fee of $100.00 for all cancellations. Additionally, any credit card fees incurred will also be charged back, even if the amount cannot be refunded.
Airbnb guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID via Airbnb messages if requested after booking (for legal/insurance compliance).
A visible profile photo on Airbnb is also required to confirm booking.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in. Reservations that do not meet this requirement are subject to cancellation.
