This 80 m² accommodation, designed to accommodate up to 6 people, offers a perfect blend of comfort, space, and conviviality. You will discover an independent fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with a family table, as well as a spacious living room, equipped with a television and a fireplace that brings an incomparable cozy atmosphere.

The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed 140x190, as well as two single beds 90x190 located in the living area, practical for accommodating the whole family.

The modern bathroom, with its large shower, has been designed for your comfort.



Outside, you will enjoy a vast space surrounded by pretty white pebbles, creating a pleasant mineral garden. Parking is entirely private and located right at the entrance of the house, ideal for unloading your belongings and easily accessing the accommodation.



The Coastal Refuge is located near the Vendean Corniche, known for its wild landscapes, cliffs, and splendid sunsets. You can explore the secure bicycle paths that run along the coastline, or set off on an adventure thanks to the numerous water activities: surfing, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing...

The area also offers superb state forests, ideal for walks on foot or by bike in the heart of nature.
