Fully equipped vacation home in the Vendée region on a fenced-in lot of 230 m², consisting of a 32 m² cottage for 4 people with its own terrace, a 28 m² studio for 2 people, and a parking space (included in the rental).

This rental is perfect for a family vacation with teenagers, grandparents, or friends.


It is ideally located 500 m from the dunes, the forest, and the large Sion Beach on the ocean in SAINT HILAIRE DE RIEZ (between Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Saint Jean de Monts).
Close to downtown and all shops (1 km on foot): bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bars, restaurants, hypermarket, bike rental, the market (Tuesdays and Fridays), and the fish market.

The location of this rental allows you to get by without a car. Charging electric cars and electric scooters is prohibited on the property. The town provides charging stations for this purpose.

Linens are not included in the rental.
For short stays of 2–3 nights maximum, we can make the beds before your arrival for an additional fee of 30 euros per stay.
For stays longer than 3 nights, we cannot make the beds in advance. You’ll need to bring your own sheets.
