Finally! An owner who furnishes the house like they'd live here.

We were fortunate enough to stay an extended time in May & June. This home not only has the obvious WOW factors: Spectacular deck and screened porches, quiet cul de sac, nice beach towels, 4.5 bathrooms, but also the not so obvious: quality dishware & storage containers, LOTS of glassware, plenty of countertop space, Smart TV's in every space, comfy porch furniture, USB wall outlets. Very responsive owners and management company. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You'll never have to fight the crowds at Tarpon Point again - you have your own private viewing of Fripp's spectacular sunsets from your own deck.

Great House!

The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive when the smoke alarm went off in the night. The view from the back deck was spectacular. We will return.

Lovely stay

Beautiful house, fully equipped and well maintained. Very quiet location with spectacular views of the marshes and fabulous sunsets. Everything was as expected if not better. We’ll be back!

This home has it all !!

This home had everything you could possibly need. Just bring your clothes and food. Breathtaking views and sunsets. The owner and manager both made sure everything was just right. It truly is arranged and decorated to make you feel right at home. So many extras to make it comfortable. Convenient to everything and the island is incredible.
